All vehicle sales are considered final. World Tech Exotics does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any vehicle purchase once a sale agreement has been executed and payment has been processed.

Vehicles are sold in "as-is" condition unless accompanied by a written warranty or certified pre-owned designation explicitly provided at the time of sale. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the vehicle, review vehicle history reports, and conduct any independent inspections prior to completing a purchase.

Submitting an offer, placing a deposit, or entering into a purchase agreement constitutes a commitment to buy. Deposits and payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

World Tech Exotics is not obligated to accept the return of any vehicle after delivery, regardless of the buyer's change of mind, financing denial, or other circumstances arising after the completion of the sale.
